Delivery
Yes, we offer shipping across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the type of order.
The time depends on the product and its design. Ready made items can be shipped with in 3 working days, while custom orders may take a little longer.
Custom orders may have an additional cost depending on the materials, size and complexity of the design.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Since our custom and personalized products are made especially for you, they are usually not eligible for return or refund.
Payment
We are currently proceeding with the Cash on Delivery payment model.
We are working on introducing additional online payment gateways and will keep you updated once these payment options are available as part of our business model.
